British Olympic Swimmer and British Record Holder


Adam has been a member of British national teams since 2005 when he won gold as part of the 4x200m mixed freestyle team in Lignano, Italy.  He has competed to all levels of competition, including the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi where he won silver and bronze medals.

Adam is the 3 x British 100m Freestyle champion (2009-11) and holds the British short course record in the same event and was also part of the 2009 British record breaking 4x100m freestyle relay team in Rome, Italy.   He has recently returned to England from the USA where he was training at Auburn University and where, over two years, he was 9 x “All American” and 6 x SEC Swimmer of the Week.

Adam lives in Gamlingay, Bedfordshire and outside of swimming he likes to listen to dance music, watch his dog Molly chase after sticks, watch TV and play on PS3.
